Went in for a tapered undercut with a rat tail with T. I was going to get it braided into a man bun. Everything seemed good until I went to get my hair braided and she couldnt grip the ends. He went to far into the hair I was keeping . Now 1in full circle around my head is 1in long and the rest in 5in long. I messaged him and he immediately became defensive. 1st he said we couldn't come to an understanding, that didnt work. 2nd he said he faded around a ponytail I never had and hair must have came out, that was a lie. 3rd was my hair shed when he was doing it. Dude I had a full afro when I came in...4in of hair round someone's head don't shed. YOU F'D UP, SHIT HAPPENS! No need to go back and forward with a customer. I should have left after talking to the guy who booked for 9am yet was sitting in the parking lot waiting for over a half hour for him to arrive at my 9:30 appt.
