I do not recommend this place. It is a modern and comfortable hair salon, but unfortunately the atmosphere is not welcoming. The employees are Russian and mostly the customers too. Therefore, the barber shop may be a little uncomfortable for those customers familiar with the standards of services in Europe. I had a very bad experience. The hairdresser who cut my hair had an authoritarian, unfriendly and impolite style. I tried to explain to her nicely and cordially how I wanted my hair done. But she answered me with an inappropriate tone of voice and with an angry facial expression. I asked her if she was upset, and we had a bit of an awkward discussion. Later, the other hairdressers started to talk in Russian to each other about the incident, thinking that I didn't understand, which is very unprofessional. I don't know about other cultures, but in mine, when I go to a hair salon, I want to feel relaxed and cared for. There are many people in Estonia who still have a Soviet-era mentality.
