Have now had three haircuts here and will be sure to keep going back as long as the lady is still there. Lady is super helpful. I was very grateful for the advice she offered me about how my hair could look better and how I could care for it better. I suppose that unsolicited advice might be unwelcome for some, but after years of going to barber shops and asking for the same old thing (and getting sometimes a good haircut and sometimes not a good haircut), I really appreciated it (I once paid a lot of money to have my hair cut by a 'style advisor' from a high end chain of hairdressers only to have the same old haircut that I've always had for three time the price!) For example she advised me how I could have my hair shorter than usual on the sides but leave it longer on top. She also advised me to use a couple of her products (the Mr Muk shampoo for my hair type and styling wax). I was wary at first - a chance to squeeze a bit more money out of a custome, but to be fair the products have lasted me ages and have really made a difference to the health of my hair. The upshot - if you want to get a really good haircut from someone who takes her time and really knows here business, come here. I'm a convert. Thanks!
